Are you a sole practitioner?

Sole practitioner consulting

As a sole practitioner for over eight years I know what it means to run your own business. The ‘buck’ stops with you. I know what it is like to find yourself working way beyond a standard working week. Challenges with staff, clients, technical issues, IT problems and so forth. I have over the years consulted with as many sole practitioners as partnerships and LLPs. I would welcome the opportunity of being of service to you. I know I can help you just as I have helped many others in your situation.

Here is how I work with sole owners

I invite you to join me in my home-consulting studio in Bristol for a day. My consulting suite is equipped with a media facility so we will be able to use my consulting resources together. The work will commence with the completion of my pre-consulting questionnaire.

The day will start around 8.30 – 9am with a review of what you are looking to achieve and we will revisit these objectives throughout the day. By the end of the day you will have developed a plan that is yours from beginning to end – there is no point in me hoisting a plan on you – you need to have ownership in order to be accountable – to yourself.

Does our work together end after the day? That is up to you. Many clients choose to stay in contact and touch base regularly using phone, Skype or email. If my time with you works you may wish to meet further – all of this can be arranged to suit your wishes.

Think of our time together as you might when you meet a medical consultant – you need to be open with your situation, and, in turn, I guarantee to do all I can using my 30 years experience to help you. If I can’t – I will ensure you know of any limitations.
